My cold lingers on, with the most gut-wrenching cough and with it, the catching up on all the jobs that I missed last week.
Tiny steps forward….I’ve now phoned and emailed Lucy Jeffries as she seems to work with Donna Close but no reply from either.
I’ve had my first enquiry from a band wanting to book themselves onto the festival, so my next job is make that possible for early bird bookings, but before I can do that I need to talk to venues.
I’ve also had a volunteer offer from one of my daughter’s friends Owen who would be brilliant to talk to venues, being a drummer and raging entrepreneur himself.
To be honest, I’ve felt too sick and tired to do much again this week which is SO not like me. But I’m very conscious of the weeks slipping away, even at this early stage.
